How many guests can Iztoria accommodate?
Our hall comfortably hosts up to 280 guests for seated banquets, ensuring ample space for dancing and celebration. If you have a larger guest count, please contact us.
What is included in the base pricing?
Pricing includes exclusive use of the venue, standard tables, designer chairs, basic linens, and our professional cleaning service. Reference this LINK for more details.
Do you require a deposit to secure a date?
Yes. A personalized, non-refundable deposit is required at signing to reserve your preferred event date. A $500 refundable security deposit is also required for incidentals.

Venue & Booking
What is the typical booking process?
We recommend scheduling a tour first. Once you've chosen a date, we move to contract signing and deposit payment.
When can we schedule a venue tour?

What are your final payment policies?
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. We accept cash, check and Zelle payments.
Can we bring our own beverages?
This is a Bring Your Own Beverage facility, you are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages at no extra charge; however, all alcoholic beverages must be distributed at the bar and a TABC certified server must be leading the bar service. For a recommended bartender service, click on this LINK.
Catering & Logistics
Can we bring in our own catering?
Yes, we allow outside catering from licensed and insured vendors. We also have a preferred list of catering partners you can benefit from, clink on this LINK to check them out .
Are there restrictions on decor or florals?
We welcome custom decor. However, we prohibit open flames, fog machines, confetti, and wall-drilling to preserve the hall's aesthetics.
Do you provide on-site event coordination?
Our venue staff member will oversee the event and will gladly help in anyway possible. For full styling and planning, we recommend hiring a professional coordinator.
